At The Feminine Style (www.thefemininestyle.com), we offer digital products and personalized astrology services. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds in most cases. Please read the details below carefully.

1. Digital Downloads (PDF Guides)

All purchases of downloadable guides (PDFs) are non-refundable. Once a file is delivered and accessed, we cannot revoke or verify unused access — and thus, no returns or exchanges are permitted.

2. Personalized Astrology Readings

​

Due to the time, energy, and customization involved in preparing individual chart readings, all personalized services are final and non-refundable.

However, if you have concerns about the accuracy of your data or delivery, please reach out and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

3. Duplicate or Mistaken Purchases

​

If you believe you’ve made a duplicate purchase or were charged in error, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review your case and may issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues
